Party Planning
You can order a tray of any of these, or ask us for suggestions on a full-meal party. We’ve found that it is easy to work within your budget. Just tell us about how much you’d like to spend per person, and we’ll work with you to come up with a great party with plenty of food for everyone. We’ll even loan you our baking dishes if needed!
   

Caprese Platter
With either French feta or Italian Bufala mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar.
Quesadilla Platter
We make this in a variety of ways: meat or veggie, spicy or tame. A two pound platter with guacamole and sour cream. Fully cooked, enjoy at room temperature, or heat on a cookie sheet and serve hot.
Polenta Triangles
with Chevre cheese and roasted red peppers. Serve at room temperature for an easy hors d'oeuvre.

 

 
Fresh Fruit Platter
A selection of seasonal fruits, ready to eat. A simple, pleasing party favorite. Small or large.
Seasonal Vegetable Platter
This tray is priced by the pound, plan on 1 lb for 4 - 8 people depending on what else you are serving. Our favorite dips include: Madras Curry, Spicy Black Bean, Peppery-Peppercorn, Ranch, Artichoke, Crab and others.

Dessert Platter
A good rule of thumb is to figure on $5 - $7 per person for our dessert platter, depending on what else you are serving. We like to have the platter feature 3 or 4 of our desserts and cookies, so everyone can have a variety. We cut to “finger food” proportions, it’s a fabulous crowd-pleaser.
Pacific NW/Alaskan Salmon
Cold or hot, but always insist on fresh! There are many ways to prepare salmon, let's talk about what you'd like. Market prices vary.
